01

Use the minimum information needed. We aim to collect only information that supports a requested feature, an editorial response, site operation, or a lawful business need.

02

Explain third parties clearly. Analytics, advertising, email, hosting, and embedded services can affect privacy; they must be listed here before use.

03

Keep the notice current. Privacy information needs review before new processing, services, forms, or tracking are introduced.

For this notice, “ToolMerit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the independent operator of this editorial website. Privacy and legal requests can be made through the contact route below. We do not publish the destination mailbox in page markup because that would increase spam and abuse.

SERVICE CATEGORYCURRENT PRACTICEINFORMATION INVOLVED
Hosting & security

This WordPress website is hosted by Hostinger.

Connection and server-log information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site; Hostinger’s terms and privacy documentation also apply.
Contact-form delivery

WordPress sends a message through the host or configured mail system to ToolMerit’s administration mailbox.

Your name, email address, selected topic, message, and technical delivery records.
Analytics

No independent analytics tag is currently configured by ToolMerit.

If that changes, this notice and the cookie controls will be updated before optional tracking is enabled.
Advertising / ad network

No advertising or retargeting network is currently configured.

Affiliate links may identify a referral at the destination; see the Affiliate Disclosure.
Email updates

The footer currently sends an early-list request to our team; it does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing platform.

Your contact details and the record of your request.
Embedded media / social widgets

No third-party video, social, or chat widget is currently embedded in the public editorial pages.

Any future embed will be assessed and disclosed before use.

External websites reached through ToolMerit links, including affiliate links, have their own privacy practices. This policy does not control their sites. Read their notices before providing information or making a purchase.

05 · COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

What cookies can do and how choices work.

Cookies and similar technologies can remember settings, support security, measure site use, or attribute an external referral. ToolMerit currently stores a browser-local preference record and does not enable its own optional analytics or advertising tag. WordPress, the host, and plugins may use strictly necessary technology when a relevant feature applies.

06 · RETENTION & SECURITY

Keep information only as long as it is useful or required.

We retain information for the period reasonably necessary to respond to a request, keep the site secure, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. The exact period depends on the information and the system that holds it.

CONTACT MESSAGES

The form sends email and does not create a separate WordPress database of submissions. Messages remain subject to the recipient mailbox and mail provider’s retention settings.

SERVER & SECURITY LOGS

Hostinger and applicable WordPress security or caching components may keep technical logs under their operational and contractual retention practices.

EMAIL EARLY-LIST REQUESTS

Requests are handled as contact messages. No automated ToolMerit mailing list is currently connected to the public footer.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission, email delivery, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident, we will assess and respond in accordance with applicable obligations.

07 · YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Ask questions and control what you can.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to some processing; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

CONTACT US

Use the privacy request route from the email address associated with your request, with enough detail for us to locate the relevant information. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive personal information through the form.

VERIFY & RESPOND

We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, subject to permitted extensions or exceptions.

UNSUBSCRIBE

For a configured newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in the email or contact us. Do not use the editorial contact form for marketing messages you did not request.

08 · INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Services may process data in more than one country.

Hostinger and mail-service infrastructure may process information outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we rely on the relevant provider arrangements and other permitted transfer mechanisms. Contact us if you need more information about a specific request.

09 · CHILDREN

ToolMerit is not directed to children.

ToolMerit is intended for adults and business users interested in software and marketing workflows. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can assess the report and delete the information where appropriate.

10 · CHANGES & CONTACT

We will date material changes.

We may update this notice when our practices, services, legal requirements, or site features change. The current page record is version 1.0, last updated August 16, 2026. We will revise that record and, when appropriate, provide additional notice before a material new use of personal information takes effect.
